Awful pronunciation. No way for normal listening.

It is the first time in my Audible so many positive experiences that I see a book awfully created like this one.
I want to return it definitively. Even it was 4 dollars. It was a huge injustice to sell a book of 0 quality of pronunciation because of it there is no possibility even to listen the content.
Please contact me by stepkristine@gmail.com to explain how to make this return.

Thank you.
