A tough love approach to order and cleanliness
The short relaxation hypnosis is great, but the "decluttering" visualization that follows falls flat. Not sure that psychology best practices should include labelling yourself as "lazy" or ruminating on "how your mess makes you feel". Also, the visualization examples are oddly specific (e.g. toys on the living room floor and books on the couch) and do not suggest letting go of clutter, just boxing it or putting it away and then cleaning. Won't be relistening to this one.
