Stimulate the desire to change...
Good book, but I found that much of the premise was based on working with "coachable" people. How does one transition people who don't want to change? Is the answer always "they are not right for the job"? Or is the answer sometimes that we have to find a way to coach them into the joy of change? The biggest take away for me was that coaching is less about passing on your knowledge...and more about stimulating the desire to learn...to grow. IMO, this topic is a book by itself.
