Good , tangible information. Well explained

I really didn’t like the robotic monotone voice of the narrator. Made it hard to listen to!

It is what it claims to be.

The tips and tricks are useful and easy to apply. With short stories of real world applications. I would recommend this book to anyone with moderate anxiety. #Audible1

Both helpful and digestable

I've been interested in learning more about CBT for a long time. I feel like this book was the perfect introduction to subject and was laid out in a way that made it a quick listen with content that was easy to digest. Will definitely be applying a lot of this new knowledge to my own life and listening over again for refreshers along the way!
