Not what I was looking for
I thought this would be a teaching book on how to feel our body sensations. It was simply a basic meditation that at times felt rushed. Missed a whole body part… concentrated on right ankle, but left ankle was never addressed. Choice of words added judgement (use of “but” made the previous statement negative; “sympathy” would be more gentle as “compassion”). Overall average. Definitely not what I was looking for.
