About this listen
Everyone involved in the fitness industry in some shape or form has heard of Crossfit. The problem is, most of the people relaying Crossfit information are already members, making all information biased towards supporting the cult. What about Crossfit from the perspective of professional personal trainer, who has been accredited by the NCAA? As a trainer, I try to break down Crossfit into the parts that it claims to use to make up it's brand name. It's important to consider data and those other professionals like me trying to help the general population avoid these scams. While it has provided results for some, was it the most safest and effective way to get these results? The answer is most likely not, and can be supported by with insurmountable evidence.
