My own fault!
This was the first audiobook I've purchased and I thought it was a good choice because it was only an hour and half long. I was wrong, my own fault! Awesome book and I really did love it - again I just wish it had more in it!

Very helpful
This helped me understand myself a little more and gave me some strategies to work on my emotions; mostly my anger. The narrator was great as well.
