Going back to the ranch to bury her father is hard enough, but Gracie’s ranch is falling apart, both financially and literally, she has a maniac as a prospective buyer, and there is a murderous man or woman on the hunt for her life. Her plans to leave Montana after a week now seem like a fantasy and so does leaving alive. Romance is the last thing on her mind, but a certain handsome, tall, and dark haired man who turns her mind to mush whenever he’s around, changes things.
Boone’s had a crush on Gracie since High School. But his childish crush have grown into something more, something beyond his control. Nevertheless he has to put his feelings aside and protect her from the harm she seems to attract.
