Publisher's Summary

From USA Today bestseller Ava Harrison comes a sexy new standalone romance novel. I needed to get away. My ex was getting married. So, I left.

The English countryside was a picture-perfect escape. The dashing stranger an even better one.

And what started as a chance encounter quickly became more.

He promised to show me how to live, how to feel alive and forget a past best forgotten. He made me believe things could be different.

That was until I found out who he was...he was Oliver Blackthorn. The 16th Earl of Lockhart. Thirty-third in line to the throne. And a liar.

Book is good, huge dislike of Addison

***POSSIBLE SPOILERS***

Might contain spoilers depending on opinions, read at your own risk.
Soooooo i didnt like Addison in Clandestine.
Realising it was her story in Deceit, I was hoping to change opinion on Addison's personnality, I really did. But... yeah ..... nooooooo. I like her when she Lives, not to sure why she insist on not living.

Not sayig she should rollover the second the Deceit is revealed but honestly, she would of derseved Maxwell woth how stubborn, blind and in all honesty idiot she is.

I'm at an hour of the end, expecting how it will finish and trully with how she is, she would of deserved Maxwell for who she is, even though Oliver would of been my go too.

Female narrator sounds like a robot

I only got to chapter 5; love the male narrator but COULDN'T STAND THE FEMALE. She sounded like an autotuned voice from GPS. Shame cause I think the story like was good. I will purchase the paperback so I can finish
