Favorite so far
This is my favorite audio boyfriend. He doesn't talk at you or make you feel inadequate. He gives a story and a scenario that makes things seem possible. Than with each day cleaning feels more possible. But also helps for a great sleep. I have listened to other self-hypnosis affirmation books. I like this method best. I was having trouble sleeping and this was the first then that worked. I have listened to this one often.
