kinda meh, wouldn't recommend.
I think this book could be great and very helpful, if you are having a midlife crisis and want to shift your life. and want to commit to this book as a full chorus and do all the assignments.
if your not middle aged, and are just looking for something to listen to, to learn from, inspire you, teach you about self Improvment etc. I'd skip this one. there are plenty of infintly more helpful books out there.
but if you are in that midlife crisis and are willing to put in the work, and do the assignments this book has to offer, than great! go for it.
but my God was it dry. I really wanted to finished it cuz it's such a short book. but I really had to push my way through. ended up finishing it on double time.
they are just constantly telling you to go to a different source! like I wanted this to be there source. not a list of other things to go to.
