Effective. But...
The material is good, the narrator is good., however, instead of the effect increasing with each listen, I found it begins to wear off.

Get Great Sleep
Glenn's hypnotics send me to sleep every time. Unfortunately I wasn't aware there are 2, approx. 30 min, sessions and after the first one sent me off to sleep his voice started the next session woke me up! I wish there was a way to stop the audio automatically after one session...but that being said I really like this 'book'. it works.
