After helping save a country on Ludus from a demon invasion, Henry and Jason could use a break. Unfortunately, life moves on, and new problems will appear, especially for their friend, the new ruler of Berber. Being orb-bonded adventurers wielding powerful magic means they have the responsibility to do what others cannot.
Some members have left, and there will be new additions. The Delvers LLC team is solid. But while Henry creates new magi-tech and Jason perfects his deadly power, evil forces are gathering. The men from Earth had better enjoy what down time they have, because it’s not likely to last.
Events on Ludus and out among the rest of the universe are spiraling toward something terrible. Henry Sato, Jason Booth, and Nora Hazard might find themselves being drawn toward the center of the conflict, or knowing their luck, fall right into it.

LOVE this series. Read Norah Hazard first though.
Absolutely love this series! The characters are outstanding and the magic is a blast! The only thing I would recommend is reading the Norah Hazard series before this particular book as she plays a big role in this one. If I had done that I would have enjoyed this awesome book even more.

One of my Most Favourite series!!
Being 1.5 years since the last Nora Hazard Audio Book and 3.5 years since the last delvers LLC book
I was disappointed that this book was not more substantial.
The 1st half of the book is bringing all the main characters together. In a month's worth of progress it shows us the Group getting used to their new Powers, Items and Positions,
With Great character development throughout the book
The 2nd half has them facing a Very well described creepy and disgusting threat.
But with the ingenuity of Henry Sato, Delvers LLC and company go onto Tolsa to meet the Queen, with a "new" member in tow 😏
But Shenanigans ensue and a MUCH greater threat is revealed
As u can guess I Still LOVED the book even with the 2nd chapter being so confusing (if u don't finish it) that I had to listen to the ending (3hrs) of the last book in each series😅
I would definitely recommend this series to any fantasy or game lit book series lover 😁
