BLOODY Incredible!
Real good! Real gore in details, perfect balance of dark and details. Great plot and great visual of the scenes. Performance was amasing too, really a good variation of voices wich reallu fit with characters and help know who's who quickly. Great intonations too. Awsome.

Reader does a good job with all the different voices. When voicing Xazax, it sounded like the mantis Zorak from Space Ghost.

great story but...
Awsome story and narration. I liked all the characters and the plot unfolds smoothly with great pacing. My only gripe would be the lack of tie in. It's not directly related to the games as the story taking place is more or less a side quest. None of the prime evils make an appearance and the tomb delving is minor.
Great book tho I dont see how it's related to diablo outside the world it takes place in. it's been awhile so I could be wrong but I dont believe the characters make an appearance in the games like in the mass effect and dragon age series.

epic tail
this book is way too underrated. Josh Clark managed to build a HP Lovecraft ambiance, in a diablo world... what else could we want more?? oh yeah, the rest of the series plz. i really wish it will go on until book 9. so please make it happen, and buy this one. your soul want it.
