Ein Dieb macht die Stadt unsicher, genauer gesagt sucht er primär die einflussreichen und wohlhabenden Bürger heim. Handelt es sich bei der "Katze von Köpenick" um eine Art "Robin Hood Groß-Berlins" oder steckt doch mehr dahinter? Uwe Kronberger beauftragt Walter Piefke mit diesem Fall. Somit scheint es sich um keinen gewöhnlichen Dieb zu handeln, denn sonst würde sich die Polizei darum kümmern. Piefke begegnet der "Katze" und gerät somit immer tiefer in die Verschwörung um Groß-Berlin!
