Coming from a personal trainer

I wish I could give all my clients this book to listen to or read before starting a healthier lifestyle. It breaks down all the information that is necessary to achieve your goals. Great book

Good information

The flow of this book is good. Well explained and for that reason a quick read. Lots that we already know but a good base to simplifying dieting and working out.
