Inspirational book, real life stories that I can relate to

This book was one of the only books I’ve been able to relate to, it gave me hope that if she can do it so can I. It’s almost like a personal journey through the ups and downs of weight and emotions. The stuff you think about on a day to day basis. Puts some of that self doubt I’ve been having to the test. I feel I can look at my journey with a brighter perspective with understanding. Overall great book..thx Stephanie I feel I’m no longer alone on this magic carpet ride.....Pauline

loved it.

a nice new guilt free option on how to approach keto. very informative. pulls in the reader, with its ability to keep you wanting more.

Very Motivating/Faster Playback is Best

I read a lot of criticism about the authors narration but noticed a review suggesting a faster playback speed. It worked! I love Stephanie’s spunky communication style and listening at at 1.25 to 1.5 is perfect.
Very motivating! My first week on DLK was very successful. Highly recommend!
