Publisher's Summary

Vodka should come with a warning: mixing with karaoke will make you do stupid shit, like sing that song you wrote when you were 14 about the boy who broke your heart. At least he didn't see it. Oh wait. He did.

I should've just stayed home. The only reason I came was to stop Lily from doing something stupid, like crash her ex-boyfriend's wedding. When I open my hotel room door to find Adam standing there, that sexy smirk tells me he's hasn't changed. He's still the same arrogant asshole who made my childhood hell.

He insists on driving us home, and while he's the last person I want to be around, he and I both know it's a bad idea for Lily to be anywhere near that wedding. I'm on the road trip from hell with my heartbroken cousin and the one guy I can't stand.

What was I thinking?

Contains mature themes.

This was my least favourite of the books

I was not really into this book, the characters were either boring or annoying.

The double agent story was just not interesting and the way it ended was just so far fetched and stupid.

Plus it felt like 1/2 the book was them driving because of his fear of flying which I highly doubt a big mob boss would of thought of him as a son and thought highly of him if he couldn’t fly.

Don’t get me started in the hitchhiker story, if he’s a cop he wouldn’t be stupid enough to pick up a hitchhiker outside of Las Vegas! And no way she would have reacted as calmly as she did to what he was doing in the back seat!!! 🤦‍♀️

Geez then there’s the story of him getting high at 7 years old in a park and then his mom killing his little brother, the book was just all over the place.

His Best friend is not a good person either, man there’s just to much that was wrong!
