About this listen
I’m Michael Gilmore, bearer of Noctis the Onyx Dragon, the only male student of Drako Academy, and apparently, the one person who can save a dying world.
Only a few days ago, I was transported from Los Angeles to a fantasy world teeming with super-powered female soldiers who can command the magic of their bonded dragons. Except the dragons are dying out. And I’m going to bring them back. But no one knows how I can do it. After all, how do you breed dragons? The answer lies within Drako Academy and the stunning female dragonmancers inside its crystal walls.

The worst novel I've read in a long time
do you like Mary Sue characters who have no personality or redeeming qualities or face any struggles in life because they were born under a lucky star with a four leaf horse shoe clover up their butt?
then this novel is for you. the MC is God's gift to the world for... reasons. but also super nerdy for... reasons. and all the super model women he encounters want him for... reasons. and he can best everyone and impress everyone for... reasons. also he never struggles. not a single moment does he ever actually face any real danger or obstacles. everything's just amazing all the time for him.
this was so damn boring. like I kept hoping for a twist for the MC to get his own serving of "humble pie" which could redeem this shallow and problematic writing. but it was just a constant spray of badness like the "girl juice" the mc "squealched" into.
for real. coffee colored skin. this was written in 2021. talking about poc as food is a well known problematic way of writing. I didn't believe how bad some people say novels get until this turd poured into my ears.
the performers did a good job giving life to this otherwise disgusting insecure Incel fantasy.
