Enjoyable

I have to say that not only does Kristyn Getty have a beautiful singing voice, but listening to her read the Bible is very pleasant to the ear as well. If you have never heard her sing check her out, I recommend "In Christ Alone".

Unparalleled Performance!

This is by far the best Bible audiobook performance on this platform. Very navigable by book and chapter. The narrator's pacing is perfect and her Irish accent is a pleasure to luxuriate in. Her reverence for the scriptures is evident in every word she utters.

awesome voice awesome Bible translation

Love this Bible translation, love the voice, it's really good, only one small mistake I found so far in John :
John 15:2 ESV
Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

It should say every branch that bears fruit he prunes but she says every branch that does not bear fruit he prunes, that's the only error I found so far, everything else is excellent!

Irish Accent + Holy Scriptures = honey for your ears

Kristyn Getty, the hymn writer from Northern Ireland, brings the beauty of an Irish accent to the impeccably beautiful English Standard Version. Her vocal cadence is steady, she keeps a consistent pace throughout. Her voice is soft, yet contains situationally relevant and appropriate emotion.

As an added bonus, the table of contents in this audiobook allows you to select from every single chapter in the Bible. So that’s a definite plus.

But seriously you guys, who would ever say no to an Irish accent?! By God’s Grace, this little Canadian man was Saved and Born Again in Scotland, Great Britain. So hearing a wee bit o’ Celtic accents always reminds me of were I was Truly Born.

Love it but really frustrating

I’ve talked to customer service a couple of times and I’m still unsure why I continue to have playback issues. Love this version so I keep fighting with it but getting tired of the problems. I even tried a brand new phone but still acting poorly.

Not optimal

I am a truck driver. I’m not in cellular range in some spots, and the oration stops when I’m not connected to the internet.

Disappointing.
