Fabulous book!

Dr Hyman makes sense of all the confusion and conflicting research about food and gives you a plan for not only eating, but for understanding why, and his explanations make so much sense. His Functional Medicine approach really ties it all together to help you to achieve a healthier way of eating, living and weight loss. I have read the book twice already and as there is so much to learn, I am sure to read it and refer to it over and over. Thanks Dr. Hyman!

Infomercial for authors products at www.

Extremely knowledgeable author makes weightloss sound possible if you only do these 64 things and purchase all the potions and supplements from his websites. I kept waiting for there to be an offer for a spa destination to go to for a month where all the doctors and scientists sort out your daily meals and supplements. A place where the real world gets left behind. This WOL seems to be a plausible health and weightloss ticket, but, seems a bit too extremist for me. Maybe if I lived in a cabin in the woods, alone, with no car🤔
