A bunch of hooey
The book mostly praises the results of the Garson therapy, but gives no real facts. The author seems to live in a fantasy world. I recommend this book to bored wealthy housewives.

Pseudoscience quakery
written by an entrepreneur with an environmental science and communications education. Reads more like religion than science. it's all about natural foods but jam a coffee enema up your but every day. ridiculous.
