About this listen
This is the official Eat Stop Eat by Brad Pilon. Thousands of books have been written about the unique benefits of intermittent fasting and its ability to help people lose weight and improve health, but Eat Stop Eat was one of the first. Far from being just another fad, Eat Stop Eat is your indispensable guide to the latest science behind using intermittent fasting for simple yet effective weight loss, without unneeded complexity or the need to deprive yourself of the foods you love to eat.

Good Read! Crap narrator
After having read the
Obesity Code, Fast Feast Repeat, and several others, I appreciated this book. I have tried OMAD, various fasting lifestyles, extended fasts, etc, and I appreciate the wisdom in this book. It is worth a read, but you have to get past the narrator. He sounds like a robot, almost like AI. Mechanical, no emotion, robotic. Once you accept that, just listen to the book. It would be a shame to miss the content because the narrator is bad. Download it anyway, it's worth it.

A mild approach to fasting
Some interesting info. A few editing issues, and very odd pronunciations of some words, but overall will give many people a gentle way to start a fasting focused lifestyle.

I enjoyed the book.
Brad's book made sense and is a practical approach to fasting. He also provides some common-sense suggestions for implementing fasting into your life. #Audible 1

Great Content, Poor Narration
Rediscovering the ancient practice of fasting is revolutionary to the diet industry and Eat Stop Eat provides an easy and practical way to add fasting for weightloss and overall health. However, the narration is less than to be desired. He sounded very robotic and other times stumbled over words.

Terrible narration
I love Btad Pilon and his work. I listened to him several times on pidcastsso I was excited to purchase this book. I couldn't stand listening to this narrator. He mispronounced words and the way he spoke made the story impossible for me to engage. I found it painful to get through this material and it hardly sank in because of how disengaging the voice was and the way the material was delivered in spoken word. I wish I never spent my money on this. I have rather read it myself. I really wished Brad had narrated it because I find the way he speaks to make the material make sense.

Good explanation of marketing in the diet industry z
The best part of this book is the outstanding explanation of how marketing and public brainwashing fits in the diet industry. In my opinion, there are many better overall books on intermittent fasting, and fasting in general. Look to Jason Fung and Ori Hofmekler for the best content on IF.
I found the narrator distracting as we’re the background noises.
