About this listen
Naiads, nymphs, and sirens...oh, my!
Drakkus, Lord of Chaos, has failed. His minions have fled the Ring Wood with their tails between their legs. Those that still have tails or legs to carry them, anyway.
And it's all thanks to me, Logan Greenwood.
Oh, pardon me. In this world, they call me 'Loghann Grenwyld' and apparently I'm the only living heir to the Emperor of the Five Realms.
I've come a long way from that unhappy, directionless guy I was back at Pine Ridge Trailer Park, and I can't say it isn't all a bit surreal. But you can bet I'm going to take full advantage of this strange, magical world I've found myself in.
In fact, I'd like nothing more than to relax and enjoy my victory. With a forest full of beautiful elves, nymphs, and dryads and the extremely grateful Priestess Kalia to keep me company, I can think of a few things I'd rather be doing than chasing down minions of chaos.
But while Drakkus plots to spread corruption through the realms and to rob me of my rightful place as the next Emperor, I have no choice but to keep fighting.
I'm off to the Azurian Seas, where I must convince another priestess to join my side. Trouble is, I'm magically bound to keep my true identity a secret and Priestess Cordelia's handmaidens won't let me get close enough to speak with her.
Oh, and there's a massive, tentacled sea-monster on the loose.

Entertaining
I feel book two is more of what you can expect from book one. Take that as you will. For me that's a great thing.
