This was a great book! Lots of fundamental ideas and action steps that any service based business can tap into.
Not for the mundane business owner. Will benefit a reader that is keen to accelerate their service based business to the next level(s).
Great listen, the author has tremendous energy in his voice. Picture a coach on the field shouting out instructions, motivating you to push!
If you're into that type of coaching and are a go-getter, then this book is for you. I'll be buying these for my A-players to listen to as well.
