Publisher's Summary

Are you struggling to figure out your role within your relationship?
Do you sometimes feel misunderstood or trapped in being around the same type of people?

If you have answered yes to either of the above questions, you may be an Empath bounded by destructive relationships.

Empaths are gifted in the ability to tune into others’ emotions. As such, Empaths tend to be more vulnerable to being involved in hurtful relationships because of their natural bend to cater to others selflessly. great information

I personally found more value in these books than my last year of counseling. highly recommend. I love how she breaks it down, explains it, and gives you examples, applications, and what you might encounter in terms of feelings and outcomes. markers as well, for how far along you might be in processing. thank you very much.

Excellent book

Questions:
1) the first book, how do you know the trader is an empath? If a narcissist were to read it, would they not think they’re empathy too?

2) 10% of the population are narcissists, are all the rest empathetic? Or if there’s another type?

3) if you’re in a relationship with a narcissist, do you tell them they’re so?

4) if you have kids with a narcissist, any recommendations?
