Clear & Educational

I have this book in print but was thrilled to get the audiobook as I didn’t have time to read the print version.

It clearly lays out a plan for transitioning from SAD (standard American diet) to low carb eating that anyone can follow. The book makes it accessible because there are no barriers put up about everything having to be grass fed or organic. There are 3 phases presented with different levels of total carbs and voluminous lists of food that can be eaten.

I can attest that being in phase 1 and eating less than 20 g total carbs per day has lowered my body fat down to a low level and with weight training I am extremely fit and muscular.

The narrator reads in a lively tone and spiced up the already interesting content.

I highly recommend this book.
