About this listen
Religious wars, global terrorism, genocide, ecological disaster: Today's world is a scary place. The Information Age has carried us into the Age of Anxiety, where everyone is on edge, wondering what is coming next. What will happen in 2012, when the Mayan calendar predicts the end of the world? What will the next 50 years bring? The next 100 years? If the world really is going to end, what then?
If anyone knows, it is Sylvia Browne. A psychic since age three, when her powers were first evealed, she stays in close touch with her spirit guide, enabling her to answer our most pressing questions about today, tomorrow...and the end of days.

End of days
Sylvia Browne has achieved renewed interest lately as celebrities has touted her book as foreseeing the coronavirus. It is for this reason I purchased the book.
The book contains a historical account of different soothsayers throughout time, from the Aztecs to Nostradamus and even Isaac Newton. These accounts are brief however, not very in depth. She finishes the book with her own prophesies and warnings about global warming and laws that she would implement if she could for a better world.
First off, she did not envision the corona virus. Second, her prophetic visions are basic and sound like intelligent foresight rather than psychic seeing.
End of Days is quite a eye catching title, most likely attracting many religious zealots and lost folks looking for answers. You won’t find any in this book. It’s basic, opinionated and drawn out. The narrator changes her accent throughout which is confusing. After listening I now am saddened that this woman continues to dupe and scam people from beyond the grave.
