Wonderful!
The most courageous & loving story of health, illness & friendship. Katherine is incredibly brave to tell this piece of her life story. The friendship between these two women is inspiring - so loving, so respectful. The light this story shines on mental health & illness will help to remove stigma & generate compassion. It’s helped me.

Absolutely eye opening.
I loved that in her friends spiral down into mental illness, she wasn’t ashamed or gave up. If we could all have one friend like that, the world would be a better place. Thank you for sharing your story. You made me cry, but you made me see how helping is so important sending you peace and light and continued success on your journey.

what I didn't understand
the reality. I felt like I was a silent member of the text chain, following along with Mara and Kat. I thought I understood mental health and even Bi-polar disorder. I did not, but now I feel I do, a little bit more.
