Stone skipping on the surface of event planning!
The title is significantly misleading.
There is nothing wrong with the content, but the title vastly overstates the depth and breadth of knowledge that can be gained from reading this book.
Event planning is a field that draws on multiple fields of expertise from project management to marketing to human resources and recruiting to design and more as is suggested many times by the fact that the author states that multiple topics in the book cannot be fully covered.
If you are looking for a book to give you a sense of a general outline for event production this is a great book. Although, do not be deceived by any book saying it is the all-inclusive for event planning.
