Needs More Psychological Nuance
This book doesn't take into account things like sexual abuse, OCD, Depression, etc. The next revision needs to move beyond the impression of a one size fits all approach. Also the imagery in the examples given is far too graphic and might serve to trigger/temp others. Needs more work.
