Too fast
This is an amazing book but it was read too fast for my heart to process it. I’m used to hearing Matt speak at a slower pace making it easier to engrain the teaching.

A tiny bit too fast paced
Excellent message and opportunity for growth for those at the beginning of their healing journey. The pace is just a bit too fast. Matt, in YT videos and live-stream, offers greater space between pivotal teachings. I highly recommend hitting pause at the end of many sentences.
Remember: everything is here to help, and, love is the answer.

Amazing!
I listened to this audio book straight through, without stopping.
It has been absolutely amazing learning from Matt. I could personally feel my belief system , resonating, understanding and changing in every sentence put forth.
I highly recommend this book for everyone who wants to just be a better person and especially those that are on the path to awakening.

The audiobook was read too fast by the Author
I have listened to the previous book by Matt Kahn ....Whatever Arises Love that...& I really enjoyed loved that book...Thank you Matt...I love Matt Kahn's spiritual teachings online videos....However, this book was read too fast by the Author's own voice...I could not really get or understand what the book was about, as I could not follow listening to the fast paced read words of the Audiobook....It would be better for me to listen to it & get it if it can be revised & read over again in a much slower paced voice by the author or someone else with a slower pitched voice...Sensitive people cannot listen to fast paced speakers & authors, as we need time to process as we listen to the words...This was read way too fast for me ...So I was disappointed with this book...

I love what he is saying, but his voice puts me to sleep. I have been trying to listen to the same chapter for a week and still on chapter 1
