About Daniel van der Poel (MSc. Physiotherapy, Bsc. Kinesiology): Health and fitness is my passion. Chasing the exercise high since I was a kid, studying the field of health and human performance for six years, and having led over 2,000 workouts, I have what it takes to be your guide in creating happiness through exercise. Being a physical therapist starting out during the start of the pandemic, I found it difficult seeing my patients struggle with symptoms related to anxiety and depression on a daily, all while knowing the best methods to get out.

In this book, I wanted to share how you can experience the exercise high most efficiently and effectively, show how repeated exposure to the exercise high will help you discover the best feeling version of yourself, and dissolve myths surrounding the complexity of exercise.
