Eye Opening!!!
Wow, especially appreciate the many techniques of breath work. Have tried a few & already feeling the benefits. Very fascinated with the Wim Hoff method & the benefits of cold showers. I have no doubt they will help me to recover faster from my Hashimoto's disease.

Good book but the audiobook version is impractical
The book and the tips are helpful but it's so hard to listen and relisten to the activities and measurement techniques to get it. It definately needs an accompanying pdf that shows the methods so you don't have to go back to things so often. While the book is read well the authors voice is a little flat and puts you to sleep. Perhaps it's an audiobook written with the intention that people are doing the exercises while you listen but I just didn't enjoy it.
