Cliche and dull

Maybe this is motivational if you’re a man who wants to eschew any form of critical thinking. This man has never considered a woman’s opinion in his life and you get the feeling that he thinks anything outside of the realm of his existence is pathetic. The “motivation” is over done and cliche, there are a thousand YouTube videos discussing every point made, literally nothing special or presented differently. This doesn’t take into account mental or physical disabilities that may pose a hindrance to being your best, just simply do it and if you don’t then it’s because you’re not trying hard enough. The studies are old and a large portion of them have been debunked. This is the kind of guy who gets invited to speak at corporate events to get the underpaid and overworked employees to think it’s their fault their bosses are making less money. The last time I read reviews there were a significant amount of 1 stars and they all seem to magically been replaced by 5 star reviews (all by men, go figure). I will be honest, I didn’t listen the whole way through because I just kept getting mad at how badly the information was presented and how poorly it was researched. Skip the book, watch a YouTube video. Save yourself the headache of dealing with outdated information and macho man backwards thinking.
