Fatherland is set in an alternative world where Hitler has won the Second World War. It is April 1964 and one week before Hitler's 75th birthday. Great alternative fiction detective novel

very good narration. I've had the words sturmbannführer and obergruppenführer stuck in my head for days. really interesting to see the Holocaust being uncovered. Great suspense. much better than the film.
