FMC annoyed me in the first book and even more so in this one! It was a struggle to get through this without losing my shit! This is one toxic, dysfunctional relationship for an eighteen year old high school kid, it would be more believable if the characters were at least college students. How do you hate a guy so much, threw him under the bus for murders he didn't commit but still sleep with him? I just found Lake's character the most irritating, lacking common sense and indecisive and needy as hell! I was happy to come to the end of this and unfortunately won't be reading ever again!
