Read this 30 years ago. I remember why I loved it!

I read this book first when I was 25. I remember reading it multiple times, and actually giving a presentation on it at a local college and industry group as I was so impressed. I lent it out long ago, and decided to buy it on Audible and listen to it for the first time in a long while. There is such good information in here. I couldn't help but hear myself giving this advice - but I had forgot where it came. Susan Jeffers' ideas were burned into me long ago.
There is great information in here about fear, but possibly even better information about taking personal responsibility in your life - and how liberating that can be. I did my best to follow many of the recommendations in this book, and I'm convinced it has affected my life in a very positive way for the rest of my life.
Don't be afraid! Buy this book! You will not regret it!! If not for you, for someone else who needs it. (Everyone).

Practical advice for overcoming fear and living a better life.
Like all self-help and personal development books, reading/listening is not enough to get results. One must study and put into action.

worth the read

This book was written in the 90's so the context is somewhat off. What is interesting is that the knowledge shared is foundational understanding of terms and concepts that are used in many books now. It is a nice read (listen) not too heavy for outdoor walks.
