Solid storytelling and exploration of cultures

I enjoyed the storytelling and rich cultures that immigrants and other citizens of Canada have brought to the culinary arts.

A favourite field guide!

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. It is a fun way to discover a component of Canada that does not get the coverage or the respect it deserves. I hope that there will be more episodes as there is so much to explore in our country.
