Critical reading for ACTUALLY solving problems
A complete guide on using radical transparency in leadership. I wish everyone were willing to communicate this way.
The 4 stars in performance is only because the narrator is extremely slow for me, but it's perfect sped up to 1.3x speed!

Loved it! Well thought out ideas and practical ways to implement them. I appreciated the anecdotes, musical references and humor she used.

not entertaining
Long boring conversations with very little insights and most of the time I felt message is repetitive. It could have been much shorter and to the point rather than going through whole story and losing interest in the point at the end of every conversation.
