ONLY for Christians

The summary should have said that this was mostly about religion with some ideas about friendship

A must-read on building meaningful community!!

God knew that we would need Jennie’s book, Find Your People, at this exact moment. Her honesty, openness, and vulnerability about her own struggles in relationships made me feel understood and not alone in my own struggles. She has made me re-examine my relationships and given me a renewed appreciation for the ones I have in the context of building a healthy, God-centered village. Her language is easy, which makes this an enjoyable book to read and take in. She offers so many practical ways to actually start to find your people right where you are, answers many of the questions you are thinking as you read, and challenges us all to strengthen and deepen our relationships (it starts with us) and live the way God intended us to live in community with one another. A definite must-read for everyone!

This is truly a medicine for a selfish society

If you look for connection with other people but don't know how to do it or is afraid, this book is a great tool to teach you how to do and to send away your fears.

Not what is was expecting

This book is fine but finding your people should not not only include church., this is not the only community of people out there. My times of loneliness and exclusion were when I was involved in a church on a regular basis. I would rather encourage someone to be involved in what makes you happy. That sometimes does not involve a community of people at all! Was really expecting more from this book, disappointed

ITS AN OKay Book

I like the fact that she says we came to this world not to be alone and be with someone, but that's pretty much it. The Book is only made for Christians as she references Jesus and Bible many times. and I'm a religious Christian myself, but what about other ppl who r not Christian?😄..

This is less about friendship and more about Jesus

I was looking for a nice book about friendship and instead am having Christianity forced down my throat. This should be listed in the book’s synopsis. Also no recognition for how damaging Christianity has been to marginalized groups aside from the author saying Christian’s get a bad rap but they are actually nice. Not a safe book for so many people. Be upfront about what you are writing about
