Such a great guide!
If you ever wondered about forest bathing and how to do it you might have a forest in mind... but this book shows you all the ways to do it including in urban settings! The book really breaks it down and shows all the different ways to forest bath as well as what the benefits are. Add this one to your library today and discover this beautiful hobby. A MUST READ!!
Daria Kratz did a great job encompassing all aspects of forest bathing, be it shinrin yoku, sylvotherapy. I love that the book has historical ideas but is still paired with new concepts. My favourite parts of this book are that a PDF copy comes with the audible; and the notion of indirect forest bathing was totally new to me! Add this one to your library.. you won't be disappointed! I walk often and take this book with me, especially to listen to the last chapter!
