About this listen
I've always hated her. She's always hated me. We've never been friends, just the best of enemies....
I've hated Rachel Dawson since I was seven years old. My next-door neighbor and number-one sworn enemy - she's the reason why almost all of our childhood fights ended with me setting something of hers on fire. (Or, vice versa.)
She snitched on me when I broke curfew. I snitched on her when she lied about having a boyfriend. We went back and forth like this throughout high school, both vowing to never talk to each other again when we went off to college.
But that was until she showed up at my apartment during my senior year and asked me for a temporary place to stay. Until living with her day after day became unbearable, and one passionate argument changed everything. Well, almost everything.
I've always hated her. She's always hated me. I'm not sure what the hell is happening, and I can't tell if we're still "enemies"....

Very Young Adult
Of course the narration is fabulous, as always these two are professionals. The pace and banter were quaint but very teenager angsts. Could of dived deeper for substance but I listened to the very end, so it actually captured my attention enough to keep me to the end. Otherwise I shut it down and walk away from real junk. So it was cute, the past and present slide home for a home run ending. More story then sex which I appreciate. So, if you’re of a certain age it will definitely satisfy but if your mature and wise beyond your years you’ll feel like the grind isn’t worth it.

So cute
This is my second Whitney G read and I am looking forward to the next one!
The back and forth in time was a little frustrating when I wanted to know what was happening in the present timeline, but maybe that was the point (haha) and I think there were a few loose ends not tied up, but over all I really enjoyed this book.
