OK, but not a big improvement of theory of core

Improved from hid whole theory of foundation training, but not a whole new level;

I am a huge fan of Eric, I have purchased his first book and benefits from it. Appreciated.

But if he add the newly improved idea to the book and published in new version, then we always can have and the
Complete and latest knowledge of his training ideas. Otherwise we have to buy 2 or 3 books to keep up with it.

My purpose is to have a audio book which I can keep on listening when I am driving or in the gym, but this one doesn’t cover the “foundation/ core training” part. I have to combined his book content, YouTube’, cd, and this book together.

Overall, this is just the feedback for “this book”. Eric is a great instructor, I am lucky to be his “ follower”
