Sensible advice but poor narration

This book offers good, if somewhat standard, advice on aging. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had read it myself, instead of listening to it. The author’s narration is very slow and stilted, she is clearly not completely comfortable reading English.

Old fashioned

This is common sense that everyone knows but the advice for dressing oneself? Holy old lady. At 52 I didn’t gain anything out of this.
