Very Basic

I downloaded this audiobook to have a framework to create systems/SOPs in my business. But the content is too basic and high level - it does not go into the minutiae of the 'how'... just the 'what' and 'why'. If you are new to starting a business and understanding systems, this is for you. If you need something more in-depth, take a pass on this book.
