About this listen
On the planet of Corss lies the intergalactic barber shop, Galaxy Kuts. Owned by the Merel Onyx, who has four arms and speaks only in rhyme, this shop is a place where aliens and humans alike come to get their hair cut. Onyx has a dark past as an arms dealer during the last Galactic War, spending five years in space prison for his crimes. However, he now seeks to change his life before it's too late.
Deja, a former space ranger with a troubled mind, works at Galaxy Kuts as a barber. He is skilled with any weapon known to man but is also taking the alien drug Kofi to ease his battle scars. Razi, a shape-shifting telepathic Inola, also works there. He knows the identity of those who started the war and is being pursued by the Xenon Syndicate, who want to extract the information from his head.
Tabari, a Mayon with the ability to read emotions, has been planted at the shop by Onyx to protect Razi from being kidnapped by the Xenon Syndicate. While Mayons are trained from birth to be killing machines, Tabari is determined to use his skills for good.
Galaxy Kuts is not only an intergalactic barber shop but also a place where all species come together on equal footing. The state-of-the-art building has an AI security entity named Vego that can go into lock-down mode if any danger is perceived.
As Deja tries to find peace and Razi tries to rebuild his life, they become entangled in a conflict that threatens their safety and the safety of those around them. Will they be able to overcome their pasts and work together to save themselves and the galaxy? Find out in this thrilling tale of redemption and intergalactic adventure.
