Works like a charm!

I first quit smoking after 30 years without looking back. I already see my spending habits and thoughts about spending have changed drastically and I just have a few small bills left to catch up on.

Not worth the time.

Does not at all go into depth about how to deal/cope with debt monetarily, only mentally. Not worth the read.
