Typical self help book
I think it it is a good book but it is a typical self help book,I enjoyed it and it has good ideas but it is still presented as many self help books as undeniable facts and in an emotional way.
Still I think there are very good parts in the book that can be applied and give you the desires results, it gave me good tips.

Good content, not so good audio quality
Good insights overall if your ultimate goal in life is getting rich however, the author loses some credibility when he keeps qualifying his points by making broad statements like, "All rich people get eight hours of sleep every night" and "in my research I found that rich people exercise an average of 30 minutes a day and drink lots of water." Sure they do... Anyway, the content is good, however I'd recommend listening to Tim Ferris before this guy. Tim discusses the same stuff but has personality and energy. Brian's delivery is flat and boring and the audio quality sounds like he recorded the book in 1994 while sitting on the toilet. He should have taken his own advice from the book when he says, "learn how to delegate tasks that are not the best use of your time." I guess getting Morgan Freeman to narrate was out of the budget.

Some good insights, but overall nothing new
Some good insights, but overall nothing new. Arguably even some advices bad, like wasting money on liabilities vs building wealth
