Jynn Devhro was the world's lowest-ranked Hunter. But since getting her System, she's been secretly leveling up. As she prepares for battle, Jynn is given an obscure assignment by the System, sending her deep into the heart of the Josu Rainforest. She believes these men are somehow related to Kesstel, a handsome and powerful Hunter who seems to know more than he's letting on. Meanwhile, she hears rumors of a mysterious cult that's supposedly searching for the same thing she is: a world on the other side of the Gate. Before she can determine the credibility of these reports, she receives a surprising invitation to one of the group's secret meetings. But are they friend or foe?

Relatable Characters Good Plot
I find myself impressed with the performance, the changes in tone and pitch makes the change of character and the mood of events clear and engaging without compromising the overall volume at which the story is conveyed something I very much appreciated. Great story line, lots going on even at the more mundane points. It helps that the characters are fun and throw the occasional curve ball to keep the protagonist (as well at the reader) on their toes. Overall it's an enjoyable perspective from a character with relatable issues despite living in a very different world.
